Participation Agreement

We agree to

plan our own event(s) and follow the Human Rights Code
schedule event(s) throughout the week except during the Kick-Off event
run event(s) for free and not use this forum for fundraising purposes
incur all costs related to planning and running our event(s)
take all responsibility for liability issues with respect to our event(s)
supply all event information by the deadline (failure to do so may result in information not being included in The Hamilton Spectator insert)
promote ABEA before and during Lifelong Learning Week (through marketing materials given by ABEA)
inform all staff of event date(s), time(s), and details
run event(s) as registered (date, time, and details)
allow committee members to take pictures at event(s) and use them for publicity purposes
take pictures at event(s) (if possible) and submit them to ABEA electronically
forward completed evaluations, ballots, and photo release forms to ABEA by October 15, 2010
